WHAT YOU NEED
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable CDL-A experience
- Clean driving record and work history
- No SAP drivers
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and ELD systems
HOW YOU’RE PAID
- Classification
- Company drivers are 1099 independent contractors. Your recruiter walks you through the setup, and HR helps if you need a business entity.
- Pay
- Weekly direct deposit. Practical miles, zip to zip.
- Equipment
- 53′ dry van, OTR in all 48 states. Orientation in Chicago Ridge, IL.

75¢ a mile on 2024 and newer trucks, and 80¢ on select 2022–2023 trucks, subject to availability. Loaded and empty miles pay the same rate, practical miles, zip to zip. Drivers run up to 3,500 miles a week.
On top of miles: detention is $18 an hour after the first 2, layover is $150 per 24 hours, and referrals pay $500 a driver. Paid weekly by direct deposit.
