75¢ a mile on 2024-and-newer trucks. 80¢ if you take one of the 2022–23 trucks — same setup, and there are only a handful of those seats open at a time. Loaded miles and empty miles pay the same. Our drivers average 3,500–4,000+ miles a week — run your own number through it and see where you land.
DRIVER OF THE MONTH
Every month we pay the three drivers with the strongest safety record. Not a raffle and not a popularity contest — it is measured on your Samsara safety score, no preventable accidents, no DOT inspection violations, and following the safety policies you agreed to.

COMPENSATION
75¢–80¢ Per Mile
75¢ on 2024-and-newer trucks. 80¢ if you take a 2022–23 — same equipment, same setup, limited availability. Every mile pays, loaded or empty.
No Escrow — Company Drivers
Nothing withheld from your settlements, and nothing to chase down when you move on. Weekly direct deposit, 1099.
Paid For Waiting
Detention pays $18 an hour after the first 2. Layover is $150 per 24 hours. Extra stops are $25 each. Clean DOT inspections pay on levels 1, 2 and 3. Sitting at a dock should not cost you a day.

Not A Shop Queen
Two, three days a week in the shop is two, three days that do not pay. Pick your truck off a 500+ fleet — Kenworth T680, Peterbilt 579, new-generation Volvo, Freightliner Cascadia, International. Refrigerator, microwave, inverter and a brand-new mattress in every cab. Late model, automatic, governed 70 on the cruise. Ask your recruiter what else is on the specific truck you are offered.
No Forced Dispatch
OTR across all 48. Tell your dispatcher on day one which region you'd rather not run and they keep you out of it as much as they can. You set your own miles.
The Truck Goes Home With You
Home time is not a deadhead back to a terminal and then finding your own ride home. You park the truck somewhere safe and secure and you are home, wherever you actually live. Your car sits in a gated yard at Chicago Ridge while you are out.
