Our Story

THE ROGUE SPIRIT

Rogue Carrier was founded in 2020 to run trucking the way drivers keep asking for it to be run: every mile paid, loaded and empty, at the same rate. Nothing held back in escrow for company drivers. And a dispatcher who works around the one region you'd rather not run. Six years later that is still the whole pitch.

OUR JOURNEY

2020

The Beginning

Rogue Carrier was founded with a bold vision: build a fleet that drivers actually want to work for. Starting lean and hungry.

2022

Rapid Growth

Grew the fleet and built out the dispatch and support side that keeps drivers running — late-model automatics, 24/7 dispatch, roadside that answers on a weekend.

2024

Going Nationwide

Running OTR across all 48 states — 53′ dry van, drop-and-hook plus spot freight, with the lane volume to keep miles consistent week to week. We don’t run New York City.

2026

500+ Strong

Today we run 500+ trucks on late-model equipment. The rogue spirit is stronger than ever.

What We Stand For

OUR VALUES

01

Driver-First

Every decision we make starts with the question: "How does this help our drivers?" If it doesn't, we don't do it.

02

Modern Equipment

Late-model automatics, kept running. Two or three days a week in the shop is two or three days that do not pay you, and that is a fleet problem, not your problem.

03

Transparency

Clear pay, clear routes, clear expectations. No hidden fees, no games, no surprises.

04

No Forced Dispatch

Day one you tell your dispatcher the one region you’d rather not run, and they keep you out of it as much as they can. That is not a promise you’ll never see it — it means we work with you, you work with us, and we meet in the middle.

05

24/7 Support

Dispatch and roadside assistance that never sleeps. Problems get solved, not ignored.

06

Growth

From startup to 500+ trucks in 6 years. We grow together — and there's room for you.

Life on the Road

MORE THAN A JOB

Yes, the dog can come. Pets are allowed — there is a cleaning fee, and that is the whole catch. Riders have to be 18 or over, fill out the passenger form with HR and bring ID; sort it with your recruiter before the run rather than at the truck stop.

And home time is not a deadhead back to a terminal — the truck goes home with you, parked somewhere safe and secure, wherever you actually live. Your own car sits in a gated yard at Chicago Ridge while you are out.
