Put qualified CDL-A drivers in our trucks. Work inbound driver leads, screen and qualify applicants, and guide each one from the first call to orientation.

The Role
Many of your calls go to drivers who already raised their hand — they reached us through our own campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and our website. Your job is to reach them quickly, learn who they are, and tell them exactly what this job is on the first call: pay, 1099 status, OTR lanes, home time and equipment.
We recruit straight: a driver hears the real deal before they apply — no bait-and-switch, no promises dispatch can’t keep. If that is how you like to recruit, you will fit in here.
What You’ll Do
- Work inbound driver leads by phone and text — fast, because good drivers are talking to several carriers at once
- Source drivers through job boards, social media, referrals and outreach
- Screen applicants by phone and qualify them against our hiring standards
- Explain pay, home time, lanes, equipment and company policies clearly and honestly
- Walk applicants through the Tenstreet application and hand approved drivers to onboarding
- Coordinate with safety on approvals, and with HR and operations on start dates
- Follow up and keep every applicant informed from the first call to orientation
- Keep accurate recruiting records and meet hiring goals
- Follow DOT and company hiring requirements
What You Bring
- Driver recruiting experience preferred
- Knowledge of CDL Class A requirements
- Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated, organized and comfortable working to goals
- Accurate with records and details
A Plus, Not Required
- Trucking industry experience
- Tenstreet experience
